Malacañang
Palace, Manila, 30 January 2009. - - HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla
Kiram I, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah, shakes hand with
HM Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan of
Brunei, while on the left, Pres. Gloria M. Arroyo looks on, and on the
right are HM Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha and HRH Pengiran
Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar, and Philippine First Gentleman Atty. Jose Miguel
Arroyo.
The Law of Succession states, whether in Sulu and Sabah,
in Royal Sultanate of Brunei, Malaysian sultanates and in European
kingdoms including Saudi Arabia, and Islamic sultanates in the Middle
East, that the son of the Sultan (King) must become Sultan and, in this
case, in the Royal House of Sulu & Sabah, only the sons or male
heirs of HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I must ascend the throne as
Sultan. NO ONE ELSE.
Any one claiming to be sultan but not the son or male heir of HM
Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I is an impostor and a fake sultan.
The Law also states that the most capable and most suitable among
the male heirs of HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I, and as
proclaimed and recognized by the Royal Datus and the Sharifs, shall be
the current Reigning Sultan. HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram I
fulfilled totally the Law of Succession and is the current 35th
Reigning Sultan.
This Law rejects the claims of Jamalul, Ismail and Aghbimuddin
including Rodinood and Kudar Julaspi and other usurpers and fake
sultans like them. With this Law the only true and legitimate Sultan is
His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram I.
His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram I, the
current 35th Reigning Sultan of Sulu and Sabah, is the youngest brother
of the late and last Sultan of Sulu and Sabah, HM Sultan Mahakuttah
Abdulla Kiram (Sultan 1974 to 1986) and the youngest son of the late HM
Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan of Sulu and Sabah 1947 to
1973). On the death of HM Sultan Mahakuttah Abdulla Kiram many
impostors and false sultans installed and proclaimed themselves sultan
of Sulu and Sabah, due to greed, as they wanted to withdraw the cash
and gold assets of HM Sultan Jamalul Kiram II (Sultan 1893 to 1936),
the brother of the grandfather of Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, HM
Sultan Mawallil Wasit Kiram who ruled as Sultan only for 6 months in
1936 due to poisoning just like his brother Sultan Jamalul Kiram II who
also died of poisoning on same year.
The second
reason why the fake sultans proliferated is their greed to be paid on
the Sabah issues by Malaysia. It is easy to understand why Malaysia
would pay the fake sultans to masquerade as sultans, as Malaysia wants
the continuing confusion in the Sultanate of Sulu so that the efforts
of Sabah recovery by the people of the Sultanate of Sulu, as lawful
owners, is hampered. With many impostors and fake sultans, this tend to
destabilize the Sultanate of Sulu and confuse the Royal Kiram Line of
Succession of the male heirs and descendants of HM Sultan Muhammad
Esmail E. Kiram I.
Malaysia must know that since
their Sabah occupation is illegal, peoples and nations who believe in
natural justice and fair play will not condone and tolerate their
unlawful Sabah occupation, as it is against the rule of law.
Story
persists that Malaysia pays two brothers (namely Kudar and Rodinood
Julaspi) and others to masquerade as sultans. Now herein lies the
futility of it all, how can these two brothers and Malaysia think that
any person in his or her right mind would believe that there are two
sultans at the same time! How could two brothers succeed each other
while they are both still alive! Only a fool will think that way.
This
is also the position of the three brothers (Jamalul, Esmail and
Agbimuddin) claiming to be sultan at the same time (the eldest brother
Jamalul run for senator but lost in the May 2007 Philippine general
elections). These three brothers try to outdo each other to be sultan.
Again, how can three brothers be sultan at the same time? How can they
succeed each other while they are all still alive? How can three
brothers be Sultan of Sulu & Sabah when there is only one crown and
one throne of Sulu and Sabah? You judged it right, these three brothers
are not the true successors and not male heirs or descendants of HM
Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I.
There are nearly
two dozen false sultans of Sulu who came out with their glowing
genealogy and family tree that on closer examination are all fantasies
and fairy tales. Their family claiming to be related to certain sultan
in the past is a pigment of their fertile imagination because the blood
line of the sultan they claimed to be their ancestor was long dead and
extinct hundreds of years ago. These impostors due to greed just
proclaimed and called themselves sultan.
Another two
fake sultans (Pabila and Bahjin) claimed they are descendants of Sultan
Ali ud din and Sultan Shakir ul lah. These impostors forgot that
Sultans Ali ud din and Shakir ul lah were brothers and on their deaths
the son of Sultan Ali ud din became Sultan in 1823 named HM Sultan
Jamalul Kiram I. This was the first time the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah
used their surname or family name "Kiram." Sultan Jamalul Kiram I was
the son of "Sultan Ali ud din Kiram" and nephew of "Sultan Shakir ullah
Kiram."
Therefore, if Sultan Jamalul Kiram I was a
Kiram, then his father and uncle Sultan Shakir ul lah were also both of
family name Kiram, so the claims of these fake sultans have no basis to
be sultan, as the true successsor to Sultans Ali ud din and Shakir ul
lah was a Kiram, that started since 1823 and lasted to this day in the
presence of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I.
Any one can a make claim as sultan but that does
not give such person legitimacy as the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah as the
Royal Kiram Sultans blood line is intact and never broken to this day.
All
these fake sultans are not male heirs or descendants of HM Sultan
Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I, thus, they have no rights, and their claims
as sultan are fictitious claims aand without basis. These impostors and
fake sultans are fortune-hunters and their proclamation as sultan is a
private enterprise -- to try if they can withdraw the assets of the
late Sultan of Sulu and Sabah in foreign banks and/ or to be paid by
Malaysia.
These fake sultans are hallucinating if
they think by calling themselves "sultans" and proclaimed by
themselves, or their family, or a group, will give them rights to claim
the assets of the late Sultan of Sulu and Sabah in foreign banks!
They are sadly mistaken. Bankers are not fools!
The
original owner was a Kiram Sultan (Sultan Jamalul Kiram II) so the
first proof banks will be asking is the BLOOD LINE OF BANK CLAIMANT --
NOT JUST A SO-CALLED SULTAN BUT MUST ALSO BE THE "KIRAM" SULTAN! The
Sultan who is a Kiram and male heir and successor to HM Sultan Muhammad
Esmail E. Kiram I is the only one able to show direct blood link to HM
Sultan Mawallil Wasit Kiram (his grandfather) who succeeded his brother
HM Sultan Jamalul Kiram II (Sultan 1893 to 1936), who died childless --
then finally through this direct blood line his blood relation to HM
Sultan Jamalul Kiram II, the original owner of the assets, and now
inherited by the true and legitimate Sultan of Sulu and Sabah, His
Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram I, the last son of the late
HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I and brother of the late HM Sultan
Mahakuttah Abdulla Kiram (Sultan 1974 to 1986).
Why?
Because since 1823 during the ascension of HM Sultan Jamalul Kiram I as
Sultan till now on the reign of HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, the
Royal Kiram Sultans are the continuing direct blood line of the Sultans
of Sulu and Sabah, and in our current times, they are reserved only for
the sons and grandsons of HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I (Sultan
1947 to 1973), as per Law of Succession of the Royal House of Sulu and
Sabah.
So any one claiming to be sultan but is not a
male heir and descendant of HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I is an
impostor and fake and is guilty of deception.
HM
Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I and the Royal Cabinet Ministers stated
our goals and policies, that any amount to be earned from our Sabah
property recovery and/or any asset of the late HM Sultan Jamalul Kiram
II in foreign banks recovered, shall be used for the basic needs and
economic developments of the people in the Sultanate i.e. Sulu,
Tawi-Tawi, Basilan, Palawan and Zamboanga for schools, for education,
hospitals and medicines, medical health services, housing community,
assistance to the needy, the weak, infirm, widows and orphans, as well
as public markets, roads, bridges, power plants, drinking water supply
systems, peace and order support, assistance to trade and commerce to
create employment, as many parts of the Sultanate lack these basic
services needed by the people.
We stress that HM
Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, will share with any person, group or
any recovery team the proceeds of any Sultanate asset recovered, on the
proviso that the people of the Sultanate of Sulu will greatly benefit
from any such recovery as HM Sultan Muhammad Fuad A. Kiram I, puts the
interest and welfare of the people of the Sultanate as his penultimate
concern.
To right the wrong created by the
many impostors and fake sultans we present to our candid reader, that
any person claiming to be the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah must be able to
show, that he fulfils the LAW OF SUCCESSION OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SULU
AND SABAH. If not such person is guilty of deception and fraud and must
be rejected by the public.
To
clear the many confusion and questions as to who is the true and
legitimate Sultan of Sulu and Sabah we present the Law of Succession.
LAW OF SUCCESSION OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SULU & SABAH:
1. MOST CAPABLE & MOST SUITABLE MALE HEIR
Most
capable and most suitable: among the male heirs and direct descendants
(sons or grandsons only) of HM Sultan Muhammad Esmail E. Kiram I
(Sultan of Sulu & Sabah 1947 to 1973) must ascend the throne;
2. PROCLAIMED BY ROYAL DATUS & SHARIFS AS THE REIGNING SULTAN OF SULU & SABAH
Proclamation
of the Royal Datus and the Sharifs (descendants of Prophet Mohammed) of
Sulu & Sabah: must be secured as to who is the Reigning Sultan
among the male heirs and direct descendants only of HM Sultan Muhammad
Esmail E. Kiram I (as members of the Royal blood line of succession);
and,
3. SUCCESSOR MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 CONSECUTIVE ROYAL SULTANS AS ANCESTORS.
The successor must have at least five (5) ancestors who were consecutive Sultans of Sulu & Sabah.
Conclusion:
LAW OF SUCCESSION OF THE ROYAL HOUSE OF SULU & SABAH:
ONLY HIS MAJESTY SULTAN MUHAMMAD FUAD ABDULLA KIRAM I ("SULTAN FUAD I") FULFILED THE LAW OF SUCCESSION!
1.
SULTAN FUAD I IS THE LAST SON OF HIS MAJESTY SULTAN MUHAMMAD ESMAIL E.
KIRAM I (SULTAN OF SULU & SABAH 1947-1973) AND WAS PROCLAIMED THE
MOST CAPABLE AND MOST SUITABLE AMONG THE SONS AND GRANDSONS OF HM
SULTAN MUHAMMAD ESMAIL E. KIRAM I.
2. SULTAN FUAD
I WAS PROCLAIMED BY THE ROYAL DATUS AND THE SHARIFS ON 3 JUNE 2006, AS
THE 35TH REIGNING SULTAN OF THE SULTANATE OF SULU & NORTH BORNEO/
SABAH.
3. SULTAN FUAD I HAS 7 CONSECUTIVE
ANCESTORS WHO WERE SULTANS OF SULU & SABAH, 8 IF INCLUDING HIS
BROTHER HM SULTAN MAHAKUTTAH ABDULLA KIRAM (SULTAN 1974-1986).
ANY
PERSON WHO CLAIMS TO BE "SULTAN" BUT DID NOT AND COULD NOT FULFIL THE
LAW OF SUCCESSION IS AN IMPOSTOR AND A FAKE SULTAN, AND IS GUILTY OF
DECEPTION AND FRAUD - AND MUST BE REJECTED BY THE PUBLIC FOR
IMPERSONATION AND FRAUDULENT ACTS!
